Terms and Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Training Program Description

The Company agrees to provide the Participant with a training program consisting of modules on entrepreneurial mindset, time management, business idea generation, competitor analysis, business planning, product development, dropshipping, marketing, and sales. The program's duration is six months.

2.⁠ ⁠Fees and Payment

The total cost of the training program is 2.500 USD. Payment can be made in full or in installments as agreed upon by both parties.

3.⁠ ⁠Responsibilities of the Company

- Provide comprehensive training materials and resources.
- Facilitate training sessions as per the agreed schedule.
- Offer support and guidance throughout the program.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on the Participant’s progress.

4.⁠ ⁠Responsibilities of the Participant

- Attend all training sessions and participate actively.
- Complete assignments and tasks on time.
- Adhere to the Company’s policies and guidelines.
- Maintain open communication with the Company.

5.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the training program. This includes but is not limited to, business strategies, materials, and personal information.

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Participant may cancel their enrollment within 5 days of signing this Agreement to receive a full refund. After this 5-day period, all payments made are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

7.⁠ ⁠Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least 7 days in advance. In the event of termination, any payments made after the 5-day refund period are non-refundable.

8.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Miami, USA.

9.⁠ ⁠Acceptance of Terms

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

10.Privacy Policy

Your data is secure with us, and we will not share or sell it with third parties for marketing and promotional purposes
